We will set you up with an affordable monthly payment, which is determined on a client-by-client basis between you and a counselor at Private Debt Solutions. Based upon what you are able to pay each month, we can determine how many months you will be part of the program, and ultimately be debt free. Throughout the program, we communicate with your creditors, on your behalf, and you will no longer have to communicate with them.  We know creditor calls can be stressful and we handle them for you.

Once enrolled, we will immediately contact each of your creditors, individually, and let them know that we are now representing you. Also, we inform them of your interest in settling your debt with them. Reaching a settlement usually takes several phone calls and ongoing communication between Private Debt Solutions and the creditor.

Once a settlement offer has been reached, and you as the client, have approved the settlement amount, you will pay the creditor yourself, since you are in full control of your money. You will not be sending your money to an outside company to control and disperse.  Settlements are always done with your authorization, whether verbal or written.

At that point, the creditor has accepted the payment as payment in full, and you are free of that debt forever. Private Debt Solutions will diligently continue to work on negotiating all of your remaining accounts, until you are free from the once overwhelming debt you had when you started our program.
